在食品、飲料、制藥等行業(yè)中，要求對一些包裝完畢的產(chǎn)品進行水浴滅菌。被包裝好的產(chǎn)品放在可調(diào)速的不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶上，在傳送帶的作用下按序進入滅菌箱體內(nèi)，經(jīng)由“高溫水為介質(zhì)”殺菌后，再由傳送帶帶入冷卻箱體內(nèi)均勻冷卻，從而達到產(chǎn)品殺菌要求。該系列設(shè)備連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)，已滅菌的包裝產(chǎn)品被源源不斷送入下一生產(chǎn)工序。本流水線工作流程為：殺菌-冷卻-風干,可配備殺菌曲線記錄儀監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過程,達到自動高效,安全衛(wèi)生的生產(chǎn)目的。輸送機、殺菌機、冷卻機和風(烘）干機整個流程連續(xù)運行，自動控制。
